Two unframed 40 × 30 inch acrylic paintings on 1.5 inch deep canvas. The depiction of them framed and on a wall over a dining table is only to give a sense of how much wall space they will cover. if you add framing and a gap between them.
These are two identically sized 40h x 30w” paintings, which if hung side by side with a gap or are framed, will span 5-6 feet horizontally.
NOTE: It is impossible to purchase both this diptych (pair) of paintings AND the individual 30 x 40" paintings "Sunlight" and Yellow Leaves". That is because those two paintings are the same sold for less here together.
The leaves in the painting on the left are not white but actually a very pale yellow in contrast with the darker yellow background. It is not a bright lemon yellow but more of a soft butter or pale saffron yellow.
The background of the painting on the right is a cream or buff color, not white, as is noticeable in the second photo when placed on top of a bright white background.
There are visible pencil lines in both paintings. That is deliberate. The lines are under the paint. One painting, the one with the yellow background, has a tiny knot of thread in the canvas fabric near the middle-right section.
