Now in a 1.5 inch deep white solid wood floater frame. The same 13 x 13” size and style as the two other small paintings of this size: Sunrise Magnolia and Afternoon Bay Laurel.

The different darker and lighter layers of this painting are thin and sheer, each showing through the next, which gives a softness and glow. You can see the dark pencil lines outlining the leaves. That is deliberate. Without those lines demarcating the silhouette, the leaves would dissolve into the very sheer sky and the design would have less impact.

The sides of this wood panel are painted a bright white making it not necessary to frame this. There is a hanging wire across the back.
